Oct. 22, 29 Sessions: Pose & terminology awareness,
WHY we practice, supported alignment, anatomy,
basic flow sequences, one on one adjustments, group
Q&A

Nov. 1-5 Session: Pick a regular class on the schedule in
confidence and attend on your schedule.

Nov. 12 Session: Follow up review, Q&A from your
regular class, progressive relaxation techniques,
closing
